Boy, all I can say is that while it is fun and exciting to go on a trip and get away from it all, it is really good to get back to it all!
Traveling has its own tiredness, and yet a restfulness that makes me want to get back into the routine of things.
I startrd this blog while on vacation one late night, and have mulling over in my head what I want to do here. Most of all it will become a learning experience and an outlet for me to record my history of creating.
You see, I have three grown boys who have always "put up" with my sewing and crafts, but have never shown any interest. And, I don't have any grandchildren to maybe pass or share this with, so maybe by chronologicaling someone in my future family will appreciate it all.

Last Day in Vegas
Whew! The conference is over and we are in our hotel room packing all the goodies up to head on home.....yipee!!!!
I just spent most of my evening cruising through eBay. I have had excellent service and products through eBay. I buy about 10% of my fabric and quilting supplies through eBay. Most of the time I can find older lines of fabrics when i am short a piece when i finally get around to a project.
I then discovered ETSY. It also is an excellent source to get fabric and quilting supplies. It is just a wonderful outlet for independent artisians, and small suppliers. I just purchased a wonderful necklace by Brett Barker. He lives in Australia and has made his jewelery for many royal government members and business commissions.
